All custom codebases engineered by NETWORKFORMS remain studio property until project invoice conditions are satisfied. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

  • All project estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on scope changes or unforeseen technical challenges.
  • Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges.
  • All deliverables are provided on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

NETWORKFORMS retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the course of a project until final payment is received in full. Upon complete payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

  • All code, designs, and deliverables created by NETWORKFORMS are original works protected by copyright.
  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use any open-source or third-party components included in their project, subject to the terms of those components' licenses.
  • NETWORKFORMS reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless explicitly restricted by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary assets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Designate a single point of contact for project communications and decision-making.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
  • Ensure that any content, images, or materials provided for use in the project are properly licensed and authorized.
